Sharing my thoughts on bridal lingerie is something that has been on my to do list for quite a while, so finally here I am ready to share some tips about what one should consider when shopping for lingerie. There are many different brands with different prices, however there are two very important points to bear in mind: the neckline of your dress and the fabric. If you are choosing satin or silk you have to go for laser cut lingerie without any elastic band. The rubber band of your underwear can totally spoilt the look of your dress and it will look terrible in the photos!!
Depending on the neckline of your dress nowadays there are many different combinations you can make with the stripes, halter, open bag tied to your waist… Choose the one you feel more comfortable with and also the correct size, still lots of women do not choose the right cup size. You probably want to feel sexy but also comfortable all day and not have red marks around your body at the end of the day.
Avoid using bodies, if your dress is big with a long tail, think about how are you going to untie it every time you go to the bathroom, or if you want to use a corset to shape your body, will you feel comfortable with it sitting at the table and dancing all night? In this case use better a girdle, most probably you will not feel sexy enough, but you can choose something different for the night..!!
For the wedding night I would go definitely for a baby doll, they are sexy, suggestive and easy to take out, choose a different colour than white.. Why not? Something which will match more with your skin tone and eye colour.
As I wrote in the beginning there are many different brands some more affordable than others: La Perla, Intimissimi,Yamamay, Vanity fair, Chantelle… Check also in outlets they might be very good options also there!!
