Recently we had the pleasure to meet up with Valeria and Gemma from Joker catering at their offices next door to their famous restaurant Cachitos on Diagonal in Barcelona. We were happy to soon discover that we speak the same professional language that of making dreams come true by working as a team and aiming for the highest quality of service and product.
Have a look at these luxury dishes… Joker Catering has their main kitchens in Hospitalet apart from owning several top restaurants as Cachitos and famous nightclubs like Opium and Pacha Barcelona, they come from the restaurant business and have great pride in their culinary skills.
Their signia is high performance and style. All employees wear white or black Joker uniforms and all their waiters are bilingual. Their couples and companies will be assured having the same chef and contact person at their tasting as well as at their wedding or event. Only two weddings per day are held to ensure both the ever important personal touch and 100% customer service. Their ratioo is also impressive with an offer of 1 waiter per table of 8 and a chef per every 20 guests. Unbeatable numbers!
Like for PearlSandals charity is an important part of their work along with promoting local produce and being Eco conscious. We certainly have the green chip in common and Gemma showed us vegan wine and explained that no paper napkins are used. Instead they use washable fabric ones.
