Every season we meet new professionals that expand the range of proposals that we can give to our clients.
This year we have met and collaborated on several weddings with a group of outstanding Russian musicians based in the Barcelona area, operating under the name: Imperial Concert.
Managed by their leader and viola soloist Diana Ognevskaya, we have enjoyed their performances in several weddings, where different instrumental ensembles have played depending on the tastes of the wedding couples, playing anything from classical pieces to contemporary versions of pop hits.
As the Imperial Concert musicians have gotten a high professional level, they are able to cope with the most complex challenges.
They can even compose specific arrangements of the pieces suggested by the customers, or provide recordings of various instrumental ensembles to help them decide what is the best configuration of the group according to the atmosphere they want to give to their ceremony, aperitif or banquet.
So you can realize they have got a great flexibility, which is only possible in cases when the instruments as well as the techniques of composition and recording are perfectly mastered.
We have rarely witnessed the guests of a wedding banquet fully applauding each and every one of the pieces played by an instrumental group. That happened to us at a wedding feast in the Great Room of the W Hotel of Barcelona.
This is possible because more than providing background music to events, Imperial Concert performs a real top quality concert, so that even those less familiar with the music played by classical instruments (violin, viola, flute, cello, etc.) realize the quality of the musicians and enjoy their performance.
But we’re talking about a musical ensemble; therefore much better than the photos attached are the recordings of their performances, both in video and MP3, which you can enjoy by visiting their website
Bravo Imperial Concert!
