To kick off this years wedding season we decided to do a hair and makeup day. With our creative team from Pinups&Pimps and with Malin Maria Eriksson in charge of the makeup, we created three different looks with inspiration from femme fatale, Gatsby, bobs and the roaring 20’s.
First look was sophisticated and elegant, there were used hair accessories and waves. Further to that we gave the face a light suntan and used a heavy eye makeup to enhance the eyes and give a look of glamour.
Another very classic hair style we chose to make, was a backcomb to make a bob with some waves in front, which gave a trendy and new look to the timeless bob. To this we used dark eye makeup and added a light pink color on the lips to keep the eyes in focus.
And last but not least we did a lovely bow bun with real flowers, a very subtle and beautiful hair creation for the ones looking for something simple but yet romantic and sweet. To this we chose to make a simple eye makeup and keep the red lips as the point of focus, a very classical look.
A whole day of fun and with great results after the big effort from Cisi (Pinups&Pimps) and Malin Maria Eriksson. We hope this post can give inspiration to the brides-to-be which are looking for a vintage look for their wedding.
